junaid09 Wrote:

Hey guys. I'm 18. I was forced to switch from my left to my right hand between the age of 4 and 6. I still do loads of stuff with my left hand. I get depressed at times.. Has this gotta do anything with the switching?? If anyone can help please mail me. I could really use some help. Thanks :)

  1. I think most people get depressed sometimes. It's a normal part of being a human being and being engaged in life. If you find that depression is becoming the main theme of your life or if the sadness becomes overwhelming, then it's a good idea to get some counseling to help you find out the true cause of your depression and what you can do about it.

  2. Go to Amazon for the book HIDDEN HANDEDNESS ... also, you can get re-trained to reveal your natural lefty-ness through the handwriting-help service HandwritingThatWorks.com ... Use the site's contact-info & ask for Kate.

  3. My advice - follow some howtos which demonstrate how to write with your left hand if you are right handed.

  4. Yes, I can definitely relate...I was forced to do everything right-handed as a child, and I struggle with depression. Sorry this happened to you. I have decided to try to re-claim my left-handedness and hope it yields some good results!

It has made life extremely challenging, though. Best of luck!
